In the past, I made python wrapper for C++ programs, so Python scripts can interact with C++ modules. In fact, some python system libraries are made this way. I believe this is what you need. However, if you really need a real conversion (porting whole code from C++ to Python), I could do it pretty well, because I'm fluent at both language. I write C++ programs everyday, and I write Python scripts to test those C++ programs. I might be the best option for you
