Communication device

I need someone to design and build a simple sms communication device up to prototype level, this device basically contains a microcontroler interfaced with a gsm modem with a lcd touch screen input ,It will have a transmitter and receiver and will be both a transmitter and receiver contain some LEDS a chargeable lithium battery/s. More details will be provided later. If you think this basic idea seems already in existence you are right, but there is a design in the final product which makes it totally different. I want to use this device for training. I will require someone with experience with micro controllers, sms programming, commands etc.,some basic wireless tech skills.
