Custom Nameservers Suddenly Not working

[url removed, login to view] dedicated server. Fedora Core 2. Plesk 8.0

Any domains I'm hosting that are pointing to the custom nameserver that I was running have stopped working.

I was setting up the Plesk Backup system and attempted to backup a domain that filled one of the Hard drive partitions. This is the moment the nameserver stopped working.

Restarting all services and the server have not resolved the issue.

We need someone with EXPERIENCE to get into the server and fix this ASAP. Experience with Fedora Core, Nameservers, and preferrably 1and1 a plus.
