This project is to research and analyse the market about different applications related to the “Smart City” concept.

The focus should be on applications and services that are possible due to sensors and controllers/actuators can be connected throughout the city and be connected to a cloud service with an application platform.

Here are some examples of possible applications

- Smart Streetlights (cloud connected luminaries/poles)

- Smart Parking (be able to inform the availability of parking spaces)

- Waste management (using level sensors in waste bins or similar)

- Information LED Displays

The report should provide most common discussed applications related to Smart City.
