I'm looking for a Bulgarian speaker who can liaise with 2 or 3 Bulgarian orphanages by phone or email. The speaker will need to get in contact with the orphanages. I'm going to send the orphanages some items, and I need to make sure that the items are safely received, and the people in charge at the orphanages understand the scope of the project. Thanks.
