Attachments Control: Silverlight, ASP.Net, WCF RIA Service, SQL Server, Telerik

I am looking for outstanding developers with expertise in Silverlight, ASP.Net, WCF and RIA services, and Sql server to outsource part of our new web project. Your role will be to develop non-core screens following this layout and the framework provided. The current task is to create an attachment user control in two pieces, User Control and Ribbon bar. **Functionality:** The very basic functionality is: 1. Every main entity (user, company, knowledge base etc) in our database has attachments files. 2. The attachment control is hosted on the Add/Edit screen of these main entities. So, you need to develop it as a user control. 3. The attachment control exposes its functionalities such as attach, remove, view etc through a Ribbon bar. 4. The attachments are organized into folders. Please refer to the screen shot towards the end of this document as well as the functionality document attached. You have to develop it as a Silverlight based user control that I can host on a tabbed page. You also have to develop a Telerik Ribbon Page that I can dynamically host on a the main ribbon of a host screen. Selecting items in User Control should automatically enable/disable button items on Ribbon Control. **Note: If we hire you, I will give you our current code for both user control, ribbon bar, business class related to attachment, data layer and Common layer.
