ASPX page - need linked to videos

I have a page on my site that shows links to videos which are footage of an event we hosted. 2 of the videos show, but need thumbnails. The other three videos don't show at all. On the server, they are named [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] Also, the 'get flash player' shows up for the bottom three videos, but not for the top two. I don't know why. ? Also the player doesn't have a STOP button so it continues to stream the first video even once you've clicked to watch the 2nd video, and will even play them both simultaneously, with audio, so it really needs a stop button. Lastly, if you have any suggestions as to how to make them stream faster and smoother, I am open to ideas. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
