Create an instructional Video for a fitness center

We are looking for someone to deliver a project that produces instructional video for one of our classes. Our vision is that before a class starts, the video (which lasts around 45 - 90 secs) is played on 2 TV's and we have a draft script that can be used to explain the technical details. This is similar to what airlines run prior to a plane taking off that covers all safey aspects etc.
