Custom embed youtube player for a webshop

I need a custom embed youtube player similar to [login to view URL]'s: [login to view URL] I have all the .psd files for the buttons etc. My aim is to have an embed youtube player that fits perfectly in my site's design. The files will be placed on dedicated server. I attached the look of the needed player. All files for buttons etc are available. The buttons show up for mouse-over. The volume has only two functions: on/off. No other buttons are needed (no stock youtube buttons) like on HTC's site.
