If you know simple video editing in Sony Vegas 11 (not 12) , then this one will be easy for you! We already have a video but we need to add some text slides. All you need to do is edit all that in Sony Vegas, make some text slides (nice, professional ones) and some nice transitions and that's it! Shouldn't be more than 30-60 minutes of work Thanks!
