Animate a newsletter

We need to make our existing newsletter in an animated/dynamic version so it can be played on TV or laptop in our branch offices. I have attached the sample of the newsletter(only part of the newsletter and not full newsletter) What we want? Animate the newsletter in interesting video. Zoom the headlines, move the camera through other articles and visuals. Flipping of pages, and some creative visual effects etc. The name of newsletter is Let's Talk. So may in the beginning we can show the logo of Let's Talk and add some effect. Each page must be given 10 to 12 secs and then it must move or flip. Total pages = 36 pages 17 English + 17 Arabic + 2 Ads 1 page needs 10 secs animation. Total newsletter = 360 secs 1. Please quote us for this job. All elements and graphics provided by us.
