Create a Video for surprise marriage proposal

I will propose my girlfriend whom I was dating for 5 years from college sophomore year, I need somebody to create a romantic video with our pictures and text messages that I shared over the last 5 years to make it more emotional with nice romantic music. video needs to be probably like 5 mins with voice over. I am open to any creative ideas. my max budget for this is $450
