total of 15 seconds between two different sequences so basically we have footage and we want to cut it together in a 4 way screen split with a slight delay on each screen starting, the last being an over lap of a map indicating the different countries connecting to each other, starting with just the four countries and then other lines stretching across a digital map until it looks like the entire world is connecting
