- Complete procedures and coordinate with Financial Department to process payments in due date

- Follow & update the file evaluation suppliers
Assistant to help School from day to day tasks:
- Prepare documents as Daily Notice, letters for posting website.
- prepare weekly, monthly report sending to Parents
- Answer phone calls and questions from Parents
