We are a small fashion business and need a person to answer phone calls from 7:30 am pst to 6:00 pst Monday to Friday and replying emails. Very simple calls or emails regarding to returns, exchanges and orders, and volume is very low. We would like to talk to you before granting you this job. The call or email volume is low and support does not involve any technical knowledge except that you get familiar with our products and website. (we will provide you templates for phone and email). This is a long-term job and bid price is a monthly flat fee. Low cost bids are considered first.

Just a minute of your time to highlight why i would qualify for this position, I am fairly new to the site and signed up ages ago but its my first time bidding.
