Customer Support Agent
$15-25 USD / hour
Tilting Point is seeking a customer support agent to assist with player support on an upcoming free-to-play mobile game.
In addition to responding to support requests via Helpshift, the right candidate will also provide helpdesk reporting.
The candidate will work alongside the Community & Consumer Support Coordinator. On-site in New York City (Manhattan) is preferred, but not required.
