We are a start up launching a peer to peer ride sharing App in NZ and Australia, quickly followed by USA and Asia. We are launching in May/June 2016 and looking for a member support person to join us on a contract basis at that time to work the Australia/NZ business hours time zone. We are looking for a bilingual customer service specialist who can speak and write both English and Spanish. We are looking for customer service specialists to deliver online and email based member service and support. This will include helping members with any questions or issues they may have about using our App and directing them to our online tutorials. Service delivery may include online chat. We are launching in both iOS and Android so familiarity with both operating systems from a user perspective, will be an advantage. Similarly, customer service for mobile applications will also be highly regarded. We require excellent written English and Spanish skills and, although we don't intend to deliver phone based customer service, clear and articulate spoken English and Spanish will be an advantage. Initially, we are looking to hire on a casual basis to deliver support as required perhaps 5-10 hours in the first few weeks. As we grow, the number of hours will increase and there will be the opportunity to become a more permanent part of our team. Please respond to this post in English. Questions 1. 1. How many years experience have you had in customer service? 3+ years. 2. Have you done online chat with customers? Most of the time it was live chat (Ingame support) 3. How many hours a week would you be available? If nothing comes up I can be available 40 hours. (full time) 4. Have you worked as a customer service person for mobile applications? Yes I did, lastpass has mobile app for iOS and and android, offered support for both. 5. What industries have you worked in delivering customer support? Video game industry and password manager industry. 6. Tell me about a time when you helped resolve a particularly difficult customer issue. Usually the most difficult part is when a customer cannot explain properly or is so angry that he/she just rants a lot. In those cases I try to calm down the customer, talk a bit, ask for screenshots of the issue/errors and eventually solve it. Even if it takes time, I can say I usually solve 95% of the issues. Unless it's an error that it's only fixable by a urgent patch. 7. What do you enjoy about working in customer service? I love to help people. My english level is close to native and Spanish is enough to talk to customers.

Tell me about a time when you helped resolve a particularly difficult customer issue. working for vibe phone's default mobile application's customer support when app bugs were a problem and I had to motivate customers to update to new versions after they had tried other versions and problems still occured. customer's motivation and understanding of their needs and situations helped me support them and be reliable to them. I always had in mind one clients make the company and we must keep them happy! 7. What do you enjoy about working in customer service? helping them and being able to be part of a problem solving. Speaking and writing both Spanish and English is a must for this position. I speak/write perfect English and Spanish!

April 20th, 2016 To whom it may concern My name is Oscar de Jesus Gonzalez Alzaga , I am Mexican and I have a certificate in CAD from the CPIT. a polytechnic located in Christchurch New Zealand. I am also studying Environmental Technologies at the ESAD, a Mexican University from the Mexican Secretary of Education. I speak both languages on the daily basis and I have command and understanding of the English language to the degree of being able to do the customer support for the mobile application. I have less than a year of experience in customer service, i have done the a bit of online customer service but not chat online with customers, only email support for customers. I am available at least 30 hours a week. I have not worked as a customer service person for mobile applications. I have worked in the travel and internet industries delivering customer support. What I enjoy about working in customer service is talking to people, i like talking and if i know how to help them i enjoy doing it.
