$30-100 USD

What I need is a console application in VB.net using the .net framework 4.0. Enclosed is the sample html. What is needed to to capture the dollar amount. The amount is not 0. It also can't just look at the second one that contains the $ because its possible that they may make changes and have a 0 amount representing somethign else. ## Deliverables What I need is a function where I send in the html string and it will return the price. It cannot return 0. It can only consider that there is a $ sign and whatever follows is not 0. So if there are 2 or several that shows 0; then the result will not be 0. Can't consider the html before because if that part changes; then the process would break. Must be a console application. It would run the function then whatever is returned; will be written to the console and then a .ReadLine (so I can see the results). Even if I make changes to the sample html (as long as there is at least one with a $ sign that is not 0; it will return the first item like that. The price can be as small as .01 and as large as even 1000's of dollars so needs to consider that as well. For this to be considered acceptable; if I make changes to the html page; as long as it meets the format; it must return the prices in all cases. If there is none; then must raise an error (that would let me know there is either no dollar sign or all the amounts found was 0).
