A very simple program in BASIC

Hello I have pretty good experience with reading from text file into an array and do the needful in VB6 Note that it will be completed very fast but I have made 2 days just to take into account time zone differences.

I have been working as programmer for last 4 years. THis is the basic programe. I can do it with in minutes.
