banners needed

hola i need 2 banners, very simple ones, 1)one of them 480 x 60 the theme should be raffle and women, it will point to a site where a date with a lady will be raffled...no movement or small movement is needed, must be very flashy 2)the second is a smaller one similar to the one shown in the pdf attached, should have movement and be very flashy like in its original webpage [login to view URL] Please let me know what is needed, images, text etc thxs budget is US$50
