Commission Based Web Hosting Sign Ups (Up to $130 per signup!)

I am looking for a freelancer to obtain my company UK Premier Hosts (.com) a number of sign ups. Please visit the website to see what packages we offer, the features and price. I am willing to offer 50% of the sale price for the first year to the freelancer. You could land yourself up to $130 per sign up! We have a 30 day cancellation period, so payment will be made to the freelancer once that is completed. I will be monitoring how sign ups are achieved, there is strictly no use of spam or mass postings on forums. I will invalidate all sign ups gained this way. This particular project is for 10 customers signed up to the ‘Medium Package’. And I will pay $250/£125 for that. So bid accordingly please. If you would like your own project set up, please let me know how many sign ups of which package you would like, and I’ll set up the project on here. Just to say again, I consider one signup someone who has paid, and completed the 30day refund period. Therefore payment will be made 30days from your last signup. This is potentially unlimited work, and I will use the best freelancers again.
