468828 yellow pages scraper

Looking to buy or create a yellow pages Australia scraper as a desktop app to grab: -url -address, city, postal code -email -phone -fax and to export it as a csv file. I've had a few of these scrapers in the past, and they all get blocked within about 1,000 records or less. This app needs to be able to NOT be blocked, no matter how long it runs for. This scraper will need to deliver 10,000 records with emails in order to be effective. 5% of listings at yellow pages australia have emails in their listings. I'd like the script to save the output as 2 csv files: 1. records with emails 2. records without emails
