Hi Freelancers -
We're looking for a single home page for a dating site and are looking for the graphics design and web coding to produce this for us.
Specifically it should:
- be no more than 1 scrollable screen on resolution of 1024 x 768
- work on IE 7.0 and above, and Firefox 3.0 and above
- have a header with the title of the site (which we will provide) and links to three specific geographies: the UK, US and South Africa
- accommodate welcome text (which we will provide)
- accommodate a copyright footer message (which we will provide)
- give the overall impression of a general dating service that supports a range of interests (general, adult, senior and gay)
- give a feeling of value for money (this will be priced to a mid range market)
- be generic enough to appeal to various cultures
Optional:
- it should be cleanly viewable on a mobile device such as PDA or iPad
- the US / UK / SA flags should be stylised, not just a boring flag
- should allow for advertising space, and links to other services like Twitter (we will provide 2 - 5 specific links)
We will need to own the copyright for the design completely and can negotiate with the successful bidder about licensing appropriate graphics. We require seeing examples of similar work you have done. We're happy to have creative pitches made to help set us apart from the competition!
