Do it yourself Distribution

I am looking for Somebody Who can Develop a website for my company that will allow me to sign up My clients to do their own distribution what Ill need is... 1. I Need clients to be able to login in sign up and have their own Dashboard. 2. Each person will need to be able to fill in their information and upload their music and photos to the site and be able to view their projects on their dash board 3. I will also need a verification email so when people sign up it will send an email to them lettings them verifying there email and that they signed up. 4. I will also need a payment page set up so people can pay for their plans that they choose 5. Will need to have a site that will allow people to upload their music or videos and photo so that way my company can download it. 6.
