Basics of a social networking site

Hi, Would need someone to create the basics of a social networking site, it would probably consist of about 8-10 pages in total, but obviously members of the site are going to have a thing called a "cloud" which they can customize so therefore that would have to be done. Also needs to be a simple sign up page. As a start up we would like it to be something similar to [login to view URL] However we would like it to be a lot better graphically designed with our logo that we have already created, then a banner at the top and some subcategories below that come down. Then also the homepage would just need to be a simple home page with our sign up form on it, and a login form. Although it sounds crazy but similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for the home page, obviously not quite as advanced but similar.
