Change Tab Headers and Correct Dreamweaver Table

I need to quick jobs doing: Job 1 : Dreaweaver Table - Please see below for further details: I need the table on page 2 correcting so that it looks exactly as on page 1. You will have to change the CSS so that this is reflected throughout the site if I add more of these tables.
