Banner, Ecover, and Logo for Ebook & Salespage

We need a banner graphic, ebook cover, and logo designed for a new digital ebook product. The product - "Adsense $100k Blueprint" - will be a "how to" ebook product on making money with Adsense. Note: we will be using the "$100k Blueprint" phrase in additional products, so the logo should not be specifically for Adsense. We are looking for a website banner graphic that will incorporate blueprints, money (money, dollar signs, or similar), and "Adsense" or "Google Adsense". The banner graphic should be able to be used, or have elements that can be used for the ebook cover. The logo should be for "$100k Blueprint" as a brand. We have a small budget for this project. Deliverables should be PSD with all layers.
