Bolg design work

We are in the process of launching a website promoting Manicure sets and other nail care tools. In this website we want to incorporate a blog as sub-domain. It will cover topics relating to health and beauty in general and hand care and manicure in particular. We are looking for professional designer who can design this blog for us. (The work does not include writing articles or feed the blog) You must have knowledge in PHP and web2.0 design. Please provide us with a price and exactly what you would do for this price, admin, CMS, RSS feed etc. The work needs to be done in two stages: 1. PSD for approval 2. html & css coding Full copyright for the design to be released in our favour. We are in the process of launching couple of more websites ongoing work is not a problem for satisfactory service provider. In your bids please give links to your portfolios or to a couple of sites that you have previously designed. Links showing Blog designs are of course preferred
