CSS and xhtml 3 page form - **SUPER URGENT**

I need a css and xhtml guru who is fast to complete this work and future work needed. I am a php developer and have attempted to create a 3 page customer form within exsisting website (pm me for domain) for a client. However the css is wrong and does not display in all browsers corrently with divs overlapping each other. I need someone to redesign the form with css and xhtml to make it LOOK PROFFESSIONAL. The main theme and colours are provided and the layout can be seen with the attached 3 pages but you can change it if you wish to make it more professional. You do not need to touch php even though there maybe some in the example files attached. PM for more details - i will be checking every hour on this project once posted as it is URGENT.
