Change text in an image

hello. i need that image i attached a little bit changed.
what i only need is to change the text. Font should be the same.
i want it to say:
GRIGORIS VARNAVAS
COMPLICATED
and at the text which is at right side of the corner what it to be changed to a text which will say GV and it will be rounded by a circle.
PS: no milestones will be added, fully payment after.
