Creative Design and Updating of Splash Image on Homepage (1745850)

I'm an owner at [login to view URL] and we have a flash image on our homepage that I want to update. Go to [login to view URL] and we want to update the rotating front splash images and update them with new images. We are looking for someone whom will help us design the new splash images as well as be able to replace the old ones. We would also like to have a video player inside the area that can load a few videos. This includes design and production work. I will provide the original flash files.
