Design a website landing page by Monday, Sep 30

Hello Freelancers, I am looking for someone that can quickly and professionally design a landing page. The purpose of the landing page is just to collect user information, so the page will consist of a couple of paragraphs of text, and a simple 6-field form for submission. The page must be professionally designed, and we need to have easy access to the data that is collected through the forms (having the submitted form automatically emailed to us is an acceptable solution). The landing page needs to include a Google Analytics or similar tag. The freelancer is also expected to upload the page and set it up on a standard hosting platform. You are not required to know how to code to bid on this project, we are perfectly happy with you using a platform such as Weebly or similar to create and host the page. The landing page needs to be up and running by end of the day on Monday, September 30, so we need a very quick turnaround time. You will need to submit a first draft before Sep 30 so that we have time to request any necessary changes. Please don’t bid on this project unless you can deliver on this schedule.
