A few graphical edits on website

The website that requires edits is [login to view URL] The website is not finished currently and requires a few graphical changes so that it is ready to launch. What needs to be changed is the big banner that appears when the page is first loaded. I need graphics for a '3 step process' of how the site works. The site then also requires some sort or bordering system within or around the list of categories on the left hand side. The text on the site may also need some rethinking; for example the text at the very bottom of the page.. or the headings above each image.. or even the 'Categories' and (category name) 'Most Popular'. The last thing that needs changing is the page selection bar at the bottom of the page. You do not have to design this, moreso find one that suits the page where it can also be downloaded.
