Build new website in SquareSpace using Marquee template

We are looking to use the Marquee template on SquareSpace to build our new site. Therefore, we'd like to set up a briefing call to discuss our needs and see if someone can help. We expect we will need:
1. Someone to upload our images and text and 'build' the site using the SquareSpace CMS according to a tightly defined brief (including a wireframe, text, style guide and imagery which we will provide)
2. Some custom CSS/html code in places so we can add non-template items such as call-to-action buttons (see this example here: [url removed, login to view])
3. Some help with deciding on the wireframe - for example, we think we'll need dropdown menus to add a second layer of navigation, but we are unsure if this can be done with the Marquee template. If not, we may need to rethink our current wireframe
The initial call would be used to discuss the feasibility of our planned site, as well as the scope of work for the appointed contractor. We'll then define this scope of work and move on with the project as suggest in 1-3 above.
Please note, we are based in the UK and would prefer to work with someone working within UK or EU timezones if possible.
