Convert JPG to a Website

I have a jpg design for a shopping site homepage, would like to convert it to become a HTML/CSS/Jquery webpage. Jobs to do : - Convert the homepage jpg to HTML5, CSS3 webpage, with Jquery photo slider - For the top menu in design, a link named "Categories" will need the 2-tier drop-down menu -- using purely CSS3 to do that - Based on the homepage jpg, suggest the design for catalog page, product detail page, basket page, checkout page, order confirmation page, contact form, and information content page like about us, shipping details, and etc. Total web pages in valid HTML/CSS files : 8 pages/layout files - Home, Catalog, Product, Basket, Checkout, Order Confirmation, Information Images & Content : - You just put in any dummy text, dummy products & images - Logo will be given Programming / Flash : - Not needed Budget : Less than $100 Expected Delivery : within 10 days for all above requested pages Milestone : $30 1st milestone, will create balance upon showing real home page *** you may host it anywhere for our review
