Convert a Template to a Website

Please read the entire description before bidding. Looking for a freelancer who is completely fluent in English. No exceptions. Looking for a freelancer who will be able to work on this project daily and deliver it in 14 days. (May 18th) We need a Bootstrap 3 theme made from the PSD layout and the 2 sample pages and modal (attached) for our app. We'll likely be using the LESS CSS framework so familiarity with LESS would be a plus. Our app uses Angular and we're trying to avoid jQuery or Bootstrap's Javascript. We need someone familiar with Angular UI's Bootstrap.. [login to view URL] The sample layouts should work with Angular ui's bootstrap with no jQuery. We'll need directives developed with the theme, more details will be given to the selected candidate. When you bid please include the following as the first sentence of your reply: Less Is More. Bids that do not start this way will be discarded as a measure to prevent spam and automatic replies. The developer that is coding the ui for the app will be available by email and hangouts to answer questions about what is needed etc. You’ll communicate directly with him on all angular related issues. I’ll be available via the same for skin/graphics/project related questions. I’ll provide my personal email. Each day I'll need you to email me a few sentences summarizing the progress made so I can keep up with the project. Milestones: The project will be split into two milestones: 1st - providing the bootstrap theme + layout using the LESS framework on angular ui's bootstrap. 2nd- completing the needed Angular-UI Bootstrap directives Milestones will be paid on completion though freelancer.
