I am looking for someone to take a webpage that has been done with html and psd, and break it out into a dynamic webpage that is expandable. Depending on the user, the background could change depending on qualifications. Attached is the page and files, I basically need the Name editable, and then the middle of the blue plaque editable, I am thinking 3 colums and 4 rows per plaque that expands as pictures and words are added.
