Convert casual website visitors into paying customers

We have a website for a hospitality business based in Australia that has a moderate level of visitors. The website links off site to bookings and has an onsite form that are used to record goal/conversion. I would like a Analytics/User Experience/SEO person to analyse the existing Google Analytics statistics and, based on these statistics, provide a well-written report on what changes to the website could take place that may turn the casual visitor into a paying customers. For the scope of this project, a paying customer is a website visitor who a) clicks on a Booking link b) completes a contact enquiry form. Note we are not looking for a report that promises an increase in profit/traffic, we are looking for a report that leverages the captured statistics to make sensible suggestions to improve website content and design changes. Note: we are not looking for suggestions on keywords as this is managed by another business. We are also not looking for google adwords/sem suggestions. The website is built with WordPress and has Google Analytics installed. There is also Google Analytics custom JavaScript events configured to record off site clicking.
