Convert PSD template to HTML + LOGO

I need someone who can: -Transfer PSD to HTML (I already have the template) -I also need a logo (I already have one to work with) -Layout customization (just change some things around,change some colors and add a small section). Communication is important for me. I want to get this done quickly and not wait 2 weeks. Freelancer should also have Skpye as I will show you exactly what I want.
