Bulk Shipping and Order Management Help. Magento with M2ePro. - repost

We have a magento store with about 2000 products. Nearly all are listed on eBay through the M2ePro extension. We need a better order management and bulk shipping solution. What we want to be able to do: To search sold orders by the actual item name, not just by customer name. This is important. Go into our orders and see at a glance a list of all the processing orders and bulk select them. This will include Magento and orders imported through M2ePro from eBay. From there we want to be able to We need to be able to manually select one group of orders (say all our local orders buying smaller sized items) and print out a sheet of address labels. Then select another type of orders (say bulky goods that need to go Australia Post) and be able to export them into a csv file suitable for us to import into Australia Post eParcel system. (Can provide a file for reference). Some orders will be registered post, some express eparcel. Then be able to select international orders and create a CSV file for Australia Post eParcel system. Some go registered, some go airmail and some go pack n track international. Be able to print out pick lists Be able to print bulk invoices Be able to mark off as shipped in bulk Be able to type in tracking numbers in bulk and send an automatic email to the customer with tracking details. Please when responding can you elaborate how you will achieve what we need to do. Do you have addons that you can install to do this? If so how can we know they will not interfere with our shipping module or M2epro? We use a few custom addons etc and need to ensure everything still works properly. M2ePro is lets orders from eBay come into Magento. Do you have knowledge of this addon? Are you understanding of Australia Post eParcel system or confident you can tweak your solution to export a file that will work in eparcel? Price is a guide. We really just want a robust, easy to use and comprehensive order management system that fits our requirements.
