Basic customisation and setup of ultimente theme for magento

I have an existing copy of the latest version of the ultimento theme for magento. It is installed as default on my hosting.
I need basic customisation:
1) Changing colours - slight alteration of layout - addition of some custom image elements i.e. logo and product shots
2) Assistance with setup for 50 products across 8 categories (you will not be responsible for adding 50 products - simply for tweaking magento settings to allow me to do the same)
3) Setup of the extensions that come with the ultimento theme.
I simply want a clean-professional site - and do not require anything exceptional.
Generic bids will be automatically hidden.
Please include the following dot points in your bid:
1) Whether you are familiar with ultimento theme (saying no will not exclude you - it's more to see if youv'e read it)
2) Any past experience with magento - I do not need a full dump of every site you have ever created.
