CMS, E-Commerce with Points.

Project Information: I need a content management system with a shopping cart/point-system integrated, similar to Istockphoto or Microsoft Points. There needs to be the function to buy "points" w/ credit card, but only buy items w/ points., Members can gain points (which I can run from the dashboard manually), and gain points for referring friends. Members can join the site for free and only have access to see whats in the "store", in order to purchase any item, or buy points, members have to purchase a monthly membership (which they can cancel at any time). There needs to be a function in their "cart" to download a shipping label as well (not a primary function but a perk). In a nutshell: --User will create account to start purchase for checkout or to make payment (By points) he / she has to create an account and has to recharge with the amount by payment processing of credit card Or any other online payment method. user will pay from his / her debit account of points. --Payment processing of [login to view URL] can be integrate to recharge account or any other reputable and legitimate credit card processing company. --An option for promotional offers also for purchasing of points. eg. get 150 points in just $100 or 1/2 of monthly membership --An easy to use main dashboard control so I (as admin) can add points to a members account, add "daily special" or "featured item" --Items in shopping cart would expire after 30 minutes and return to the "store" --Autobill system needs to be incorporated with a "cancellation" Similar concepts: Microsoft Points [login to view URL] (purchase points in account--to redeem for items) I can work on the design aspect since I'm a web/graphic designer so please factor that into the bid.
