Development of an e-commerce website and admin controls

We are looking for the development of a e-commerce website for a specialist home delivery company. The company will allow customers to register and plan an order which is then delivered every month on a particular day. The website will have the standard features of a shopping wesbite with a number of additional aspects. Some of the key features of the design are: Allow the purchase of individual items and combinations in a pack Allow the selection of a delivery day Handle credit card payments Allow customers to apply of a wide range of discounts Allow members to have a unique shortened link to send to social media sites which can be tracked to see how many people they get to join Automatically track how many customers were attracted by each customer and apply relevant discounts (further details will be provided) Links (google/twitter/facebook) to social media sites When customers have placed an order automatically send an email update 5 days before next months delivery with summary, costs and option to delay/speed the delivery (email needs to be editable to allow placing offers/special information into it) Send email with confirmation of dispatch (linked to order management in admin section) Develop good keywords for SEO Provide a secure area for storing personal and credit card information Provide an easy way for products to be added/changed/removed and homepage to be customised Allow order tracking and inventory management by custom app or mobile website Provide adequate documentation to allow for the maintenance of the website
