Create a custom CSR with SSH on a Godaddy Dedicated Server

I have a GoDaddy virtual dedicated server and need to generate a custom Certificate Signing Request (CSR). This will need to be accomplished using SSH. I need the CSR created without the "email" field. Once you have it created, I need a copy of encoded CSR so I can copy and paste it into a payment application. The dedicated server is running CentOS, so you must know this well. I need someone who is an expert with GoDaddy's dedicated servers. You will need to do everything, login to GoDaddy, setup the SSH access you need, and generate the CSR for the domain. Freelancer needs to be completely independent as I am very busy.
