Convert HTML Homepage to Wordpress Site

I have had a website homepage designed and have it in HTML with CSS etc
Just need someone to create a wordpress site from it.. I suspect this is a very easy job as the designer has done all the hard work.
The other pages (not home page) will be identical to the home page minus some section of the home page.
A contact form will need creating (SMTP type as phpmail is disabled on my server), i should be able to change these details.
One of the pages will be a gallery of which there should be a button for full screen slideshow (i suspect this is just a wordpress plugin)
The pages should be SEO friendly (and page names)... i think allinoneseopack plugin is ok..?
If you want me to send the html I have already, send a message... i'm sure this is a simple job although please be prepared for some changes if my client is not 100% satisfied.
