Convert Wordpress theme into website

We are a small business called Metro Resurfacing. We resurface (refinish) bath tubs, shower bases, kitchens cupboards and benchtops. We recently purchased a Wordpress theme called 'U-design' and have attempted to develop the website ourselves but we don't have the expertise required to do so.

We know what we want, we just need someone to do it! We will then maintain it by editing content and uploading images.
The website needs to be Clean and Simple, with the following pages:
- Home
- Services
- Works (gallery that allows for before and after images)
- Contact
The Home page will have interchangeable image at the top of the page. Under the image will be three columns titled, Kitchens, Baths, Benchtops and all three would lead to the Services page. At the bottom of the Home page would be Address, Quote Request (contact) and Testimonials.
We do not require a blog or links to social media.
The colour scheme is blue and green (see attached logo) and background colour remains white.\
Fonts should match the logo or be close too it (simple font).
