create simple website

hello i need a simple website similar to the many 1 page sites you see online advertising ebooks (i have samples if this doesnt make sense) as you will see, my knowledge and my requirements are pretty basic and i have no idea how to do this so i will list some of the things i need on the site and perhaps you can suggest others or even something better. - a "shopping cart" - a paypal button ....or something to pay with - 6 or so small pics which i can supply - once payment is received, it should link to an email from me with directions on how to access main site - main site should have 2 or 3 levels. these are accessed only via further payments from my customers. - when finished, it should allow me to add my written content. you will need to provide me with very clear and simple instructions on how to do this. - u will need to upload it to the net for me. i can supply u with details of my hosting company..............i dont have one yet, so perhaps you can suggest one? that's it for starters. hope this makes some kind of sense :) please dont bid unless your english skills are of a high level as i need someone who understands exactly what i want and as you can see, i am really not familiar with the computer speak appropriate to this job. thanks hummingbirrd
