Animation for GoDaddy Website Builder version 7

I have a website managed and built in GoDaddy Website Builder version 7. This can not be changed. I want to incorporate an animation, see attached. The background has to be transparent. There is a tractor icon that starts moving in from outside the screen from the left and when it gets close to the tree, the tractor stops, then the tree fades away, and at approximately the same distance as before between when the tractor moved into the picture and the tree, another icon appears. Then the tractor starts to move again towards the icon and stops before the icon. Again the icon disappears. This repeats itself 4 times: for the tree and 3 other icons. When the 4th icon has disappeared, the tractor moves out of the screen to the right. After it has disappeared, the whole sequence starts again and repeats itself indefinitely. I will supply the artwork for the icons. In front of the tractor icon I want some pulsing waves going out from the tractor. When the pulsing waves hit any of the 4 icons, I want the waves to rebound to the tractor icon. Exact specifications will be supplied to and confirmed with the winning bidder.
