Blog section for website - repost

Hi, I have an existing website ([login to view URL]). I'm looking for someone that can make the news and updates section a wordpress blog that also has the ability for the articles to be liked on linkedin, twittwer and facebook. I want something that is very easy to use and that will assist with SEO. Budget is 75USD for completed work. Due to previous experiences on freelancer I will not be paying more than 75USD for the work, I will pay no more than 50% until the work is 100% completed. The articles to be displayed need to look and function something like: [login to view URL] All else will remain the same on the [login to view URL] website. The only change is to [login to view URL] (the news and updates section) I will be making a decision 9am AEST 12 July.
