Worked recently on a booking solution for Smart Parking Application where a user can book a parking spot in advance to park his vehicle. Minimum hours that can be booked was 1 hour and max was for 2 days. Backed database was MySql. Used Spring and Hibernate. Provided REST APIs for booking a spot. First step - User checks for availability by providing starttime, endtime and date. Second Step : If available then proceeds by providing other information like email and phone. Third step : If booked successfully the API returns a booking Id.
